Our Perks & Benefits

  • Learning + Development Budget

    We provide a generous £6k for each team member each year to spend on personal + professional development. We believe that to continue delivering excellent work, it's our responsibility to keep levelling up our game, individually + collectively. 

    That's why we've really put our money where our mouth is when it comes to our value of continuous learning. Our L+D budget enables our team to access truly transformative learning experiences - from coaching qualifications to masters degrees. 

    You'll get £5k to spend however you'd like. Then £1k from each persons learning budget is pooled together to allow for group learning experiences. 

  • Unlimited leave

    Whether you're jet setting off somewhere nice or having a staycation, our approach to unlimited holiday is designed to make sure you take as much R+R as you need to feel at your best. 

    As an absolute minimum (yes, we will check!), we expect all team members to take 25 days holiday per year - not including bank holidays + 2 weeks off at Christmas. 

  • Flexible Working

    We are proudly verified by Flexa as a company that offers true flexibility in our working patterns + practices.

    We encourage people to work in a way that works for them. To that end, we operate a very flexible hybrid pattern, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds; a mix of remote working with some in-office client days + travel.

    We really value connecting as a team in person from time to time (every 6 weeks, to be precise for 'come together' days - or more frequently if you choose).

    We also offer an annual connection budget of £1k for you to travel to our international 'hubs' or to work with fellow Unleashers across the UK.

  • And all the usual stuff...

    Like pension contributions, a £1k home office set up budget, access to Tally Market to book coworking spaces + LEGENDARY team socials.

  • Enhanced 'Parenternity leave + pay

    We believe the law is chronically out of step with societal reality + doesn't offer parents enough choice - so we created our own approach - we call it Parenternity! We've implemented this with many of our clients. For Unleashed-ers, we offer up to a year off for new parents, with 3 months full pay (over time, we want to increase this so you can take a full year on a full salary.)
