I started working in the world of people People 15 years ago and since then I have been lucky enough to be part of the growth of some pretty unique businesses, from fruit towers to soho square and now, Unleashed 💥

I've always been fascinated by what makes us humans tick and the thing I love most about working in the people sphere is building amazing cultures. By culture I mean how people work together, where people find meaning and satisfaction and how teams can be a force for good in business (not free breakfasts, although those can be nice too) 🥯

My closest friends I’ve had for +25 years and they matter more than anything. I’ve been told it can take a while to get to know me but you’ll have me on side for life once you do.
